Faulty or damaged products:
If there is any fault or damage with your order please reach out to us at email@example.com. We will ask for evidence of the issues and if the item is deemed as faulty or damaged we will ship you a replacement of your item at no extra cost to you. If you are required to return your item(s) please ensure you ship your return with 7 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to exchange your order please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm your order and provide you with a return shipping address. Given that we offer free shipping on all of our orders we do not cover the return shipping cost. Once your order is received by our warehouse we will inspect the item to make sure it is in its original condition and packaging. From there we can provide you with store credit at the original value of your order.
Change of mind returns:
Due to the nature of our small business and costs involved with international shipping we are currently unable to accept returns for change of mind. If the product is damaged, faulty or you would like to exchange for something else we are more than happy to accomodate as per the above guidelines.
Once your order has shipped we are unable to offer any exchanges or returns until the item has arrived at its intended destination. Refunds and product exchanges are done within 24-48 hours upon receiving your order. Damaged products are refunded within 24 hours after confirmation that the goods are damaged.
