Shipping policy

At Bougie, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our daily mission is to deliver to customers across Australia and the rest of the World and ensure that you deserve the most quality levels of responsiveness at any time.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Shipment processing time

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time 4-6 working days, and Transit time is either 10-15 days standard shipping or 25-35 days for made to order products. 

(Please allow up to 48 hours of additional time for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.

When will I receive the ordered products?

Delivery will be done within 10-15 days. Expedited orders will be delivered within 5-8 days. As due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries. So, please allow some extra time.

How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?

Bougie is trying its best to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. You will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours if we cannot ship to your postcode.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Bougie. This email will include all the important details related to your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply follow the below steps to check the status of your order:
