We typically ask that you allow 4-6 working days processing time and 10-15 working days shipping time. We try to fulfil orders the following day and shipping can often be much quicker than 10-15 days but we like to play it safe and ask that you allow the above timelines, especially if you’re hoping to receive your order by a specific date.

We are totally cool if you want to cancel your order. Just reach out to us before you receive your shipping confirmation. Once the order is shipped we need to wait for it to reach you and treat it as a return.
Rest assured once the shipping confirmation goes out the order is definitely shipping. Due to the various shipping companies we use sometimes there can be a little miscommunication between the package and our website.
